We carefully prepare each Maylen order with intention and care. Ready-to-ship items are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days of purchase. Once shipped, domestic orders generally arrive within 5–7 business days depending on carrier transit times.

Please note that shipping timelines for international orders may vary based on destination and customs processing.

For international orders, all duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Personalized Name Plaques

Our personalized name plaques are thoughtfully made to order and require additional production time before shipment. Because each plaque is custom made specifically for your order, please allow approximately 5 to 7 days for production prior to shipping.

Production timelines may vary slightly depending on order volume, holidays, or material availability, but we will always do our best to ship your piece as quickly and carefully as possible.

Please double-check all spelling and personalization details before placing your order, as custom items cannot be modified once production has begun.

Due to the handmade and personalized nature of these pieces, all custom name plaque sales are final.
